Here is the official ballot for the 2025 BARMM parliamentary elections containing options for both district representative and political party.

During the 2025 BARMM Parliamentary Elections (BPE), the automated ballot will comprise of two (2) positions for voters to choose:

  • Party Representative. Voters shall choose only one (1) political party from among those listed in the ballots with their corresponding logos. Prior to the election, political parties submitted to the Bangsamoro Electoral Office a ranked list of nominees who intend to represent them in the Parliament. The number of seats allocated for each political party is proportionately based on the percentage of votes they receive in the election. This system of voting for a party representative in the Bangsamoro Parliament is like that of voting for a party list representative in Congress during national and local elections. Voters are also provided with the option of not selecting any political party through the “none of the above” option. Party representatives shall comprise of one-half of the Parliament.
  • District Representative. On the other hand, voters will also choose only one (1) individual candidate to represent the single-member parliamentary district in which they are registered. The names of the candidates, starting with their last names, are listed in the ballot alphabetically, along with their corresponding pictures. Similar to the party representative, voters are also provided with the option of not selecting any candidate for representative through the “none of the above” option. District representatives will comprise of 40% of the Parliament.

In addition to party and district representatives, various sectors in the region will choose their sectoral representatives who will constitute 10% of the Parliament through sectoral assemblies. Two (2) reserved seats have been allotted for non-Moro Indigenous peoples and settler communities and one (1) each for women, youth, traditional leaders, and the Ulama.
